July 30, 2015
Did you know that Sangha Center for Yoga and Wellness in Beaver offers yoga for kids? These classes include stories, poses, and games for kids ages 4-9. The class is about 45 minutes long (good for kids' attention spans) and parents must remain at the studio during class time. You must pre-register for this class and it's just $7! Future classes will be listed on the Sangha Center website.

Every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., a beginner yoga class for all ages is offered. If you'd like to attend the class and bring your child, you're most welcome! Children should be able to spend the class hour on their mat with little interruptions.

And while yoga for kids and with your kids is great--what about classes for parents? Sangha has a variety of classes that are appropriate for beginners and those who are more experienced, and everyone in between. Check out the schedule for more information.
