Kids today are often taught a specific sport such as soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, etc., but lack a solid foundation of fitness skills to perform at a higher level. The fitness classes will focus on things such as agility, balance, coordination and speed. Resistance training and body weight exercises will be introduced to establish lower body, core, and upper body strength. And of course, many games will be mixed in to ensure the kids have fun while learning to exercise properly. Kids need to have fun while learning and will enjoy the variety of fitness games while they are exercising.

About Coach Duane
Coach Duane is the owner of Balance Health and Fitness and holds certifications for Personal Training and as a Youth Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also the Director of Youth Tennis for the Beaver Valley Tennis Association at Bradys Run and is certified through the Professional Tennis Registry. Coach Duane is married with 2 kids and resides in Center Township.
