Disney On Ice presents Treasure Trove!
A review of our favorite show!
Feld Entertainment
I took my daughter to see Disney On Ice presents Treasure Trove last night at the Consol Energy Center. As always, Disney on Ice outdoes itself and presents a wonderful family show! This year's show commemorates the legacy of Disney animated films. Think of all the amazing movies that Disney has ever made--now imagine those shows on ice, with uber-talented skaters dressed in colorful costmes, acting out scenes from your favorite films! Of course, we loved it!
The movies included Alice in Wonderland, Aladdin, Princess and the Frog, The Lion King, Peter Pan, The Little Mermaid, and Snow White. That means that this show is filled with lots of kids' beloved princesses and even a fairy (Tinkerbell). There was a lot of excitement from the audience every time a song started, especially "Hakuna Matata" and "Under the Sea."

Ariel and Sebastian get down!
The costumes and choreography were spectacular as always. The stampede scene in The Lion King was very well done and so was the underwater flourescent setting for The Little Mermaid. The carpet ride during "A Whole New World" made all the kids clap and my daughter say, "Those are the real princesses, because that carpet can fly!" This is a show that your kids will enjoy and that you'll love watching with them.
Don't miss Disney on Ice presents Treasure Trove, especially if you're a fan of Disney movies. (And who isn't?)
I was given tickets to this performance but all opinions are my own. When I say that Feld Entertainment is awesome, I mean it! Disney on Ice is a great show.
