SkateFest - Free Ice Skating Group Lessons

Neville Island, April 24th

April 10, 2014
In conjunction with the Stars on Ice 2014 Post-Olympic Tour stop in Pittsburgh, PA on April 25th, U.S. Figure Skating will work with The Pittsburgh Figure Skating Club in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to host SkateFest. Free and open to the public, SkateFest provides the opportunity for skaters of all ages to participate in free group lessons based on their experience levels while meeting members of the tour’s cast up close and personal. These events, generally two to three hours in length, are a great way for families to experience skating for the first time and for current skaters to be inspired by the sport's current Olympians and legends of the ice. This Skatefest will be held at Robert Morris University Island Sports Center on Thursday, April 24th.
