- Someone always answers the phone! You should not expect to receive a busy signal. If your child is sick, and you want to make an appointment, you’ll be able to reach someone—even during lunch or after hours.
- They take nighttime patient calls. Parents with medical questions after hours will have access to FSP clinical staff, not an outsourced medical call center. Your questions will be answered by First Steps RNs, physician assistants and pediatric nurse practitioners.
- If your child is sick, you can request a same-day appointment. First Steps works with you, even if it means adjusting their schedule a bit, so that your child can see a provider in a timely manner. First Steps will find a way to accommodate almost any request.
First Steps Pediatrics has an office in Beaver, directly across from the Beaver Station, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
