Tiny Tot Child Development Center is a Keystone STARS STAR 4 rated center that has been awarded 10 additional slots for the PA Pre-K Counts classrooms. The PA Pre-K Counts classrooms are staffed with a certified early childhood teacher and an assistant teacher with a minimum of an Associate degree in Early Childhood. Children who were 3 by September 1, 2014 through age 5 after September 1, 2014 are eligible. Family income guidelines are below.
