This afternoon in celebration of our last official day of summer vacation we went to see Disney's Phineas and Ferb: The Best LIVE Tour Ever! at Wesbanco Arena in Wheeling.
What a treat! My son dressed in his appropriate attire for the day complete with fedora, of course.
We love Phineas and Ferb around our house. It is maybe the only show that he enjoys and I feel comfortable that there will be no inappropriate content. Plus it has not once made me want to bash my head against a wall.
Today's performance stayed true to the show. The characters looked like the cartoon characters and the voices were all the same voices you hear on the show so it seemed like you were watching the tv show live in person.
There was amazing singing and dancing and choreography down to the most minor of details.
All our favorites were right in front of us. I wish I had a picture of my son's face when he saw them all come out. It was awesome! The same face I'm sure I made when I saw Bon Jovi in concert after listening to him for hours on the radio when I was younger....or now actually.
Just look at what we were presented and tell me you wouldn't be in awe too!
Their imaginations took us on yet another journey through the unlikely...to say the least.
Some marshmallows and cars hybrids!
Then some marshmallow and Bollywood crazy mix!
At the end of the night I was one cool momma for finding this show and I had one happy kid!
When this show comes around again...drive to wherever you have to and see it! We had the PERFECT ending to our 104 days of summer vacation because of it!
