Kids' Yoga Classes at Sangha Center for Yoga and Wellness

Sangha Center for Yoga and Wellness offers a whole slate of Beaver County yoga classes, but did you know that they offer kids' yoga classes too? Yoga can be fun when you become the animals and plants the poses are named after! These classes include stories, poses, and games.

Upcoming class times for Kid's Yoga are on Sunday, September 27:

• Ages 4-6: At 10:30 a.m. Class time is approximately 30 minutes. Parents must reamin at the studio during class time.

• Ages 7 and up: At 11:15 a.m. Class time is 45 minutes and will include more traditional yoga postures.

There are also kid's yoga classes offered on Sunday, October 18. Ages 4-6 meet at 10:30 a.m. and ages 7 and up meet at 11:15 a.m.

Sangha Center has dozens of classes listed by experience level. If you're just starting, don't worry--they offer many beginner classes.

Sangha Center is located at 455 Third St., 3rd floor in Beaver. The entrance is in the rear of the building. Free on-street parking is available!
