Heritage Valley Health System is hosting a Healthy Foods and Wellness Expo called “What’s On Your Plate?”
It’s Saturday, March 22 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Community College of Beaver County Dome.
Admission is free! The Dome will be filled with vendors on fitness, nutrition, food and safety.
There will be:
- Free food and product samples
- Live fitness and cooking demos
- Free health screenings
